Chamber Take Away Tuesdays proposals will be accepted between January 1 and April 30. Classes selected from these proposals will be held September through December 2018.

members on monthly/bi-monthly sessions  September through December. These sessions, held at the Chamber offices unless otherwise stated, are designed to provide information that attendees can take away and immediately apply towards their business, professional, and personal development.

The Chamber’s Education Services Department is looking for members who are interested in facilitating a Chamber Take Away Tuesday for our Chamber Business Academy. Some of the following topics available are:

  • Multiple Generations in the Workplace

  • “Excel”-ling at Excel
  • Small Business Branding for Big Business Impact

Other topics for consideration: Human Resources, Leadership, Marketing, Branding, Selling, Employee Engagement, Communications and more.

Facilitators for these 90-minute sessions: 1) are volunteers 2) must be Chamber members in good standing and 3) must reside in the Greater Charlottesville region. Contact education@cvillechamber.com if you’re unsure of your membership status. We enroll enterprises; therefore, your company/organization could be a member and you not know it.
