What does your organization do?
MindSalt is a comprehensive business consulting firm that takes an integrated, whole-business approach to help our clients become more purposeful, productive, and profitable. We are powered by a dynamic, cross-functional team, offering expertise and capabilities from finance, research, and strategic planning to operations, process improvement, and marketing.

What's the most important thing you want people to know about your organization?
We partner with clients of all kinds to achieve real change and enduring success with the ultimate goal of collectively making a greater impact on our communities, economics, and beyond.

Tell us about something new and exciting your organization is doing.
We are committed to small businesses and actively working to ensure those that need us have access to our products and services. We’re working hard to launch our new mPoweredSuccess brand later this year, which will offer various resources for business growth and improvement such as online training courses, workshops, webinars, coaching, planners, and more.

Our initial offering – the mPoweredSuccess Path to Peak Performance Program – is an online training that will help owners take their businesses to the next level. The program is designed to help business owners drastically reduce the chaos and overwhelm that comes with juggling business and life. Most importantly, they will rediscover inspiration, regain clarity and confidence, and reach new heights of profitability and fulfillment. We’re very excited to make this available later this year!

Tell us about one of your recent success stories.
We recently partnered with a fast-growing regional fiber broadband provider that needed help defining processes and implementing project management to successfully navigate significant growth. MindSalt helped the company capture its current operational processes, then design improved future-state processes. From there, we worked alongside them to implement the new processes, and began tracking metrics to ensure improvement in communication, productivity, and efficiency.

In addition, we are now supporting their strategic planning efforts including a comprehensive situational assessment, goal setting, and mission alignment. All of this has helped increase efficiency throughout the company, decrease costs, improve problem solving speed, support decision making for smart growth, and define a strategy for long-term success.

What services or products do you offer?
We provide expertise in a wide range of disciplines from finance and strategic planning to operations, process improvement, and marketing. We dive in to fully understand our clients’ individual situation and needs, then we develop a tailor-made strategy to achieve their goals. Our work often centers around these common client scenarios: guidance through growth, operational improvements, strategic planning, and pivoting to reach new markets.

We are most proud of the fact that we have so many long-term and repeat customers. They continue to find value in our work over time – and that has allowed us to grow, not just for growth’s sake, but to expand our impact and help more businesses and people. We are proud to have built an organization that is positive, uplifts those around us, and allows us to collectively contribute our best work into our community.

What Chamber benefits do you appreciate as a member?
We really appreciate the affinity groups and opportunities to network through those groups. We especially love the Minority Business Alliance. The MBA’s programming and engagement are immensely valuable, and the Gala is a phenomenal event. We have also had the honor to deliver multiple training workshops to the MBA membership, which has been a highly rewarding experience.
