Andrea Copeland at IOM

Andrea Copeland, our Committee Engagement Director, recently completed her third year with the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management (IOM). As part of this year's IOM Midwest Institute, Andrea and 20 of her chamber and association peers from across the country spent a week of intense learning at the University of Wisconsin School of Business in Madison, Wisconsin, engaging in discussions on finance, DEI, advocacy, membership, strategic planning, ethics and more. Andrea will receive her IOM designation upon the completion of her fourth year in 2023, demonstrating the knowledge essential to the practice of nonprofit management.
