She implemented major public relations activities, which coupled with air service additions resulted in substantial passenger growth. She initiated planning and successfully sought funding of $42 million runway extension, critical for the future of jet service at the airport, the largest project in the airport’s history. She actually kind of hates the spotlight. She listens and guides and coaches as if that were her only job. Even as a senior executive, she is the first to roll up her sleeves and do the dirty work. The one word used to describe her was grace. Underwritten by University of Virginia Health System, the annual Chamber Quadruplicity Conference focuses on four elements of balance: Career, Life, Money & Health.
