Charlottesville, Va.) – Piedmont Virginia Community College’s Workforce Services Division will host Administrative Professionals Appreciation Day on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., in the Stultz Center on the college’s Main Campus at 501 College Drive in Charlottesville.
PVCC’s Administrative Professionals Appreciation Day includes personal and professional workshops, chair massages, gift bags and lunch for all attendees. Jane Foy, producer, Charlottesville Radio Group and co-host, WINA NewsRadio, will be the keynote speaker discussing “Not Sure What I Planned, But This Is Where I Am Now.” In addition to the keynote address, there will be four workshops:
- “Staying Healthy & De-stressing in the Workplace,” with Dr. Lisa Williams, chiropractor and co-founder, Jubilee Family Chiropractic
- “First Impressions are Lasting: Make Yours Count,” with Althea Brooks, director, lifetime learning, Office of Engagement, University of Virginia
- “Planning for your Future: 5 Key Retirement Considerations,” with William Bays, AIF, director of field operations, Virginia Asset Management
- “Personal Transformations: Create What You Want,” with Kaye Monroe, owner and success coach, Seedplanters Coaching Services
