Carter Bank & Trust on Preston Ave. invited the community to celebrate their newest branch with a grand opening and ribbon cutting. The Chamber and Carter Bank community came out for a great celebration on July 9th to see the new Carter Bank & Trust space, enjoy refreshments, and enter to win exciting door prizes!
