What does your organization do?
Benchmark Senior Solutions assists in navigating senior living options with a concierge-style approach. We are a no cost consultative service provided by licensed healthcare professionals. Our team will develop a complimentary personalized plan to find the ideal community for you or a loved one and eliminate the stress of searching on your own.
What's the most important thing you want people to know about your organization?
Benchmark is a local non-franchise senior living consulting resource. We specialize in customizing community options based on personal needs and wants. Our team will personally learn about each client in order to understand their unique situation. We will be a resource for education and recommendations. Benchmark will coordinate tours and also offer to accompany our clients, serving as advocates to ensure their questions are answered. Finally, we assist in ensuring a smooth transition and follow-up support.
Tell us about something new and exciting your organization is doing.
We are serving up hot cocoa to many of our healthcare partners to help everyone stay warm this winter!
Tell us about one of your recent success stories.
Knowing the differences between the various healthcare settings allows us to help a wide range of clients. Recently, I was introduced to a client who did not feel as though they would meet the requirements of assisted living. Through listening and education, I was able clarify for my client what types of services by law assisted living facilities can manage and then educate him on how policies between communities differ. Together we were able to find him the perfect assisted living facility to meet his functional needs as well as his desired amenities.
What services or products do you offer?
The Benchmark Senior Solutions team function as a no cost healthcare liaison for our clients in their search for senior living options. We also offer a network of resources including: movers, lawyers, realtors, etc.
What makes your organization stand out?
We are local clinicians who have worked in senior living communities for a combined 50+ years. Our knowledge of the geriatric healthcare continuum allows us to be a trusted resource.
What accomplishments are you most proud of?
Being able to assist families in quick transitions during acute situations.
What else do you want us to know?
We love offering "group tours!" If you and some neighbors, book club friends or fitness class participants would like to explore senior living options as a group, give us call!
