Storage Sense Ribbon Cutting

Storage Sense continues to grow its presence in Charlottesville, Virginia, with the grand opening of its brand new self storage facility at 3030 Vision Lane.

The facility is developed by Kyle Redinger and LandStriker Development and 100% locally owned. Storage Asset Management (SAM), a full-service self storage property management company, is hired to oversee daily operations.

The location features more than 72,800 square feet of storage space across 722 climate-controlled storage units. Ranging from 5x5 to 15x30 feet, the storage units are equipped to handle various storage needs, including residential, business, and University of Virginia student storage.

This new facility is located just off Interstate 64 close to the Wegmans shopping center for convenient support of nearby apartment complexes in Oak Hill, Sherwood Manor, and Moore’s Creek neighborhoods. Meanwhile, Fifth Street connects Storage Sense to downtown Charlottesville businesses in approximately 10 minutes.
