BWRT – Leadership Lessons with Barbara Smith

Barbara Smith, Assistant Head Start Director with MACAA Head Start and a mentor to many, shared a little of her leadership journey as well as pointers on what makes someone a good leader. Her advice included: being an encourager, acknowledging the contributions of others, empowering someone else in our sphere of influence, and choosing courage in our moments of fear.
