Shuttered Venue Operators Grant

This fund will include over $16 billion in grants and opens April 8th. Eligible applicants may qualify for grants equal to 45% of their gross earned revenue. Those who have suffered the greatest economic loss will be the first applications processed.

Eligible entities include: Live venue operators or promoters, theatrical producers, Live performing arts organization operators, relevant museum operators, zoos and aquariums who meet specific criteria, motion picture theater operators, and talent representatives.

Restaurant Revitalization Fund

New information is still coming out. We'll do our best to keep you updated! The best thing you can do right now is make sure your financials are in order.

SBA announced yesterday that restaurants DO NOT have to sign up for SAM.gov or a DUNS number to access this fund.

The fund (grant) will provide only $28.6 billion in grants so APPLY EARLY! Loan amounts are based on lost revenue: 2019 gross revenue minus 2020 gross revenue. The maximum grant size will be $5 million for restaurants and $10 million for restaurant groups. Grant funds will not be taxed like income.

Most American restaurants and bars will be eligible. Included in the list are: restaurant, food stand, food truck, food cart, caterer, saloon, inn, tavern, bar, lounge, brewpub, tasting room, taproom, licensed facility or premise of a beverage alcohol producer where the public may taste, sample, or purchase products.
