What is unique about your organization and the work you do in our community?
The Fountain Fund is unique in that we are the only one of its kind at this point, and our work in the community assists those who probably need the most assistance in the community, the re-entry population.

What's most important for the future of our regional business community is diversity, transparency, views from different perspectives.
What's the best advice you ever got (or gave)?
The best advice that I always give are "patience and process" and B.E. R.E.A.L (Believe, Evolve, Respect, Effort, Attitude and Listen). This is actually my trademark.
What’s your most prized possession?
My most prized possession is my peace of mind, body and soul.
