The Chamber BWRT Advancing Women Mentoring Program provides an opportunity for emerging women professionals to be paired with a local mentor professional with the goal of facilitating professional development. The purpose of each mentor/mentee relationship is to have actionable steps that mentee can take to achieve their personal goals. Mentor/mentee pairs set their own schedules and typically meet monthly for an hour.

Any Chamber member can apply to be a mentor. Mentee applications are open to anyone whether you are just starting out in the workforce or in a new job, you are changing careers, returning to the workforce, or looking to expand your professional development or your business. - What is my #1 professional development goal right now?
- What am I doing currently to achieve that goal on my own?
- What am I not doing well that is preventing me from achieving that goal?
