The Chamber BWRT Mentoring Program provides an opportunity for emerging women professionals to be paired with a local mentor professional with the goal of facilitating professional development. The purpose of each mentor/mentee relationship is to have actionable steps that mentee can take to achieve their personal goals. Mentor/mentee pairs set their own schedules and typically meet monthly for an hour.
Words From Our Mentors:
“We’re becoming fast friends.”
“We are a great fit and have been learning a lot from one another”
“I am so glad to participate in this awesome program!”
Words From Our Mentees:
“She’s great and we’ve really hit it off.”
“I could not be more pleased with how things are going”
“…I always come away inspired and grateful for the opportunity.”
“She’s fabulous…I don’t often meet people who understand me the right way, but she does.”
“She’s been so helpful…”
