Chamber’s Leadership Charlottesville Class of 2014 Completes First Semester

The Leadership Charlottesville Class of 2014 has completed its first semester of learning about the Greater Charlottesville community and is now working on their community projects. The class is partnering with five local nonprofit assisting them with various program needs and goals. They will be working with these organizations through April 2014. Pictured are two of the five teams, The Little FOCers and Team N.O.W. (New Opportunities for Wellness). The Little FOCers are working with the Festival of Cultures, an event which celebrates the cultural and linguistic diversity in our local community. It�s an annual event hosted by the Thomas Jefferson Adult and Career Education.
